Got in contact with Matthew a few days ago with excruciating pain in my lower back. I was struggling to sit or stand up. Getting in and out of the car with work was torture. I wasn’t able to sleep with the pain as I couldn’t find a comfortable position without pain. When I walked I was completely hunched over. The pain in the last few days has eased from a solid 10 being the worse to 6 and now down to a mild 1. This afternoon I was even able to get out of the house for a walk. Simple things, like playing with my son had been torture for the last week. I can’t Thank you enough Matthew for letting me enjoy the simple things again. And not forgetting Grace for taking my updates. Gifted man and cannot recommend you enough!
