§1 Definicje

Na potrzeby niniejszego Regulaminu przyjmuje się następujące definicje:

1. World Healing Centre – World Healing Centre spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością z siedzibą w Łodzi, ul. Prezydenta Gabriela Narutowicza 40/1, 90-135 Łódź, wpisana do rejestru przedsiębiorców KRS pod numerem 0000856863, NIP: 7282846555, REGON: 386865070.
2. Podmiot UK – World Healing Center Limited, numer spółki 12807903, adres: 167–169 Great Portland Street, Fifth Floor, London, England, W1W 5PF.
3. Strona Internetowa – strony internetowe dostępne pod adresami www.worldhealingcentre.com, wraz z podstronami.
4. Użytkownik – osoba fizyczna posiadająca pełną zdolność do czynności prawnych, korzystająca z Usług Świadczonych przez World Healing Centre za pośrednictwem Strony Internetowej lub Kanałów Rezerwacji.
5. Usługi – usługi sesji terapeutycznych i uzdrawiających świadczone zdalnie przez World Healing Centre.
6. Kanały Rezerwacji – wszystkie metody kontaktu i umawiania Usług, w tym Strona Internetowa, WhatsApp, media społecznościowe (np. Instagram, Facebook), telefon, e-mail lub inne formy komunikacji.
7. Opłata – wynagrodzenie należne za świadczenie Usługi, niezależnie od Kanału Rezerwacji.

§2 Zakres Regulaminu

1. Niniejszy Regulamin określa zasady:

• świadczenia Usług,
• zawierania i rozwiązywania umów,
• praw i obowiązków stron.

2. Regulamin ma zastosowanie do wszystkich Usług świadczonych przez World Healing Centre, niezależnie od sposobu ich rezerwacji, w tym poprzez Kanały Rezerwacji.
3. Użytkownik musi posiadać pełną zdolność do czynności prawnych.

§3 Akceptacja i wymagania techniczne

1. Korzystanie z Usług wymaga akceptacji niniejszego Regulaminu.
2. Rezerwacja Usługi poprzez dowolny Kanał Rezerwacji oznacza akceptację Regulaminu.
3. Wymagania techniczne:

• dostęp do internetu,
• urządzenie umożliwiające komunikację,
• aktywny numer telefonu i adres e-mail,
• możliwość korzystania z WhatsApp lub połączeń online (jeśli dotyczy).

4. Użytkownik odpowiada za zapewnienie możliwości uczestnictwa w sesji w ustalonym czasie.

§4 Zasady korzystania z Usług

1. Użytkownik zobowiązuje się do korzystania z Usług oraz Kanałów Rezerwacji zgodnie z prawem, Regulaminem oraz zasadami współżycia społecznego.
2. Zabrania się:

• ingerencji w systemy techniczne,
• podszywania się pod inne osoby,
• przesyłania treści niezgodnych z prawem,
• działań naruszających prawa osób trzecich,
• zakłócania komunikacji lub działania usług.

§5 Usługi

1. World Healing Centre świadczy zdalne sesje, w tym:

• sesje 15-minutowe,
• sesje 30-minutowe.

2. Usługi realizowane są poprzez:

• WhatsApp,
• telefon,
• połączenia wideo,
• inne uzgodnione formy komunikacji.

3. Termin sesji ustalany jest indywidualnie.
4. Użytkownik zobowiązany jest do podania prawdziwych i pełnych informacji.

§6 Zawarcie umowy

1. Umowa może zostać zawarta poprzez Stronę Internetową lub dowolny Kanał Rezerwacji.
2. Do zawarcia umowy dochodzi w momencie:

• potwierdzenia rezerwacji przez Użytkownika oraz
• potwierdzenia terminu przez World Healing Centre.

3. Zawarcie umowy rodzi obowiązek zapłaty Opłaty.
4. World Healing Centre może wymagać przedpłaty.

§7 Opłaty i płatności

1. Rezerwacja może być bezpłatna, natomiast Usługa jest odpłatna.
2. Wysokość Opłaty zależy od rodzaju i czasu trwania Usługi.
3. Płatności mogą być realizowane przelewem, online lub inną uzgodnioną metodą.
4. Usługa realizowana jest po zaksięgowaniu płatności, chyba że ustalono inaczej.

§8 Odwołania i odstąpienie

1. Użytkownik może odwołać lub zmienić termin sesji najpóźniej 24 godziny przed ustalonym terminem.
2. Odwołanie może nastąpić przez dowolny Kanał Rezerwacji.
3. W przypadku odwołania później niż 24 godziny przed sesją Opłata nie podlega zwrotowi.
4. W przypadku terminowego odwołania zwrot następuje w ciągu 14 dni.
5. Zasady obowiązują niezależnie od Kanału Rezerwacji.

§9 Reklamacje

1. Reklamacje można składać:

• e-mailem na adres info@matthewlennonhealer.com,
• lub przez Kanały Rezerwacji.

2. Reklamacja powinna zawierać opis problemu.
3. Reklamacje rozpatrywane są w ciągu 14 dni.

§10 Zastrzeżenia (ważne)

1. Usługi mają charakter informacyjny i duchowy.
2. Usługi nie stanowią:

• diagnozy medycznej,
• leczenia,
• ani porady medycznej lub psychologicznej.

3. Świadczeniodawca nie jest lekarzem ani specjalistą medycznym.
4. Nie udziela się gwarancji efektów Usług.
5. Użytkownik powinien skonsultować się z lekarzem przed podjęciem decyzji zdrowotnych.

§11 Dane osobowe

Informacje dotyczące przetwarzania danych osobowych dostępne są poprzez kontakt e-mail.

§12 Zmiany Regulaminu

1. Regulamin może być zmieniany z ważnych przyczyn prawnych lub organizacyjnych.
2. Użytkownicy zostaną poinformowani o zmianach z co najmniej 7-dniowym wyprzedzeniem.

4. User – a natural person with full legal capacity who uses the Services offered by the World Healing Centre via the Website or through Booking Channels.
5. Services – healing consultations and related services provided remotely by the World Healing Centre via the Website or Booking Channels.
6. Booking Channels – all methods used to arrange or request a Service, including the Website, WhatsApp, social media platforms (e.g. Instagram, Facebook), telephone, email, or any other form of communication.
7. Fee – payment due for the provision of Services, regardless of the Booking Channel used.

§2 Scope of the Regulations

1. These Terms and Conditions define:

• the types and scope of Services;
• conditions for concluding and terminating agreements;
• rights and obligations of the World Healing Centre and Users.

2. These Terms apply to all Services provided by the World Healing Centre, regardless of the method used to book or arrange the Service, including all Booking Channels.
3. The User must have full legal capacity to use the Services.

§3 Acceptance and Technical Requirements

1. Use of the Services via the Website or Booking Channels requires acceptance of these Terms.
2. By booking a Service through any Booking Channel, the User confirms that they have read and accepted these Terms.
3. Technical requirements for online Services include:

• internet access;
• a working device (phone/computer);
• access to communication tools (e.g. WhatsApp, phone, or video call);
• a valid email address and phone number.

4. The User is responsible for ensuring they can access the agreed communication method at the scheduled time.

§4 Rules of Use

1. The User must use the Website and Booking Channels in accordance with:

2. The User is prohibited from:

• interfering with systems or services;
• violating rights of the World Healing Centre or third parties;

• online consultations (e.g. 15-minute and 30-minute sessions).

2. Services are provided remotely via:

• WhatsApp;
• phone;
• video call;
• or other agreed communication methods.

3. The time of the Service is agreed individually with the User via any Booking Channel.
4. The User must provide accurate information (name, contact details, and relevant background information).
5. The World Healing Centre is not responsible for failure to perform the Service if incorrect or incomplete information is provided.

1. An agreement for Services may be concluded via the Website or any Booking Channel.
2. The agreement is concluded when:

• the User requests or confirms a booking, and
• the World Healing Centre confirms the appointment (date, time, and Service).

3. The agreement creates an obligation for the User to pay the Fee.
4. The World Healing Centre may require advance payment to confirm a booking.

§7 Fees and Payment

1. Booking an appointment may be free, but the consultation itself is subject to a Fee.
2. The Fee depends on the duration and type of Service and is communicated before confirmation.
3. Payment may be made via:

• online payment systems;
• bank transfer;
• or other agreed methods.

4. The Service is provided after payment is received, unless otherwise agreed.

§8 Cancellation and Withdrawal

1. The User has the right to cancel or withdraw from the agreement up to 24 hours before the scheduled Service.
2. Cancellation must be made via email or any Booking Channel.
3. If cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the appointment, the Fee is non-refundable.
4. If cancelled within the allowed timeframe, a refund will be issued within 14 days using the original payment method.
5. These rules apply regardless of the Booking Channel used.

§9 Complaints

1. Complaints may be submitted via:

• or any Booking Channel.

2. The complaint should include:

• User details;
• description of the issue.

3. Complaints will be processed within 14 days.
