‘I am pleased to inform you that your most recent MRI examination shows that the aneurysm that caused the bleed in you brain in 2022 (ACOM) continues to remain closed. Furthermore, the incidental left sided aneurysms continue to remain unchanged and there are no other new aneurysms elsewhere within the rest of your brain blood vessels.
This is good news, and I would like to invite you for a further follow up MRI examination in November 2027. If at this point, both the treated and untreated aneurysms all remain stable, we can then discharge you from any further neurovascular imaging follow up’.
