Hi Matthew and Gracie just letting you both know I’m alot better than what I was still have an odd twinge but I think that’s because I’ve been in work since I’ve had the call but it’s only a twinge every now and again I can’t believe how much better I feel i actually don’t feel like crying anymore I was crying in the last couple of days before I had the call with Matthew I was at my wits end and now all that has gone and the last 3 nights I’ve had the best sleep thanks so much
